What are the biggest issues for Realtors to overcome to increase existing home sales?

1) An oversupply of inventory leading to declining prices resulting in buyer reluctance to act

2) Inability for buyers to obtain financing

How can Realtors adapt to these market conditions?  Recognize that the high foreclosure rate is forcing owners to become renters.  Qualified buyers, and especially experienced investors will buy these properties if the price is right.  How do you get the price right?  Let them bid for the chance to buy at their price.

I could not have said it better myself!  This is where the sale of real estate is headed.
